Argentea units is located quite far away from the apartments. After Argentea would be the aquatilis units, after aquatilis, is the waterway, after waterway there is a main road, after that only reach the apartment... For me, really not an issue.

After the argentea unit is the angusta units, after angusta units is a taman road, after taman is a pedestrian walkway/bicycle pathway, then only come to the Ecohill link (Persiaran Ecohill timur).

Personally, dont think it will be sound issue as well. I presume only the row facing the ecohill will be affected a little, but I presume SEH is going to plant a lot trees along the way to serve as the sound barrier.. should be not too bad though..

The completion of this flyover shall benefits semenyih resident too.. Next time SEH resident can use Ecohill link, comes out at Billion Semenyih, turn into Bandar Tek Kajang and straight away to Tropicana Height, pass through Nadayu, Kajang 2 and finally the terminal Kajang MRT station..

Can serve as alternative beside the Sungai kantan station...

Just now wanted to do a site visit but the guard not allowed. After make my TNB payment, I drive out and park at the road side to see see. Like that also the guard followed me and asked me to go. Crazy...:

Anyway, my observation is that the first row seems to be 2-3 feet higher than the 2nd row... Seems like the more behind you are the more lowest it will be. Also, some of the corner lot design is a it different as well... End lot from pics can't tell actually is 15 feet but just now see with own eyes it doesn't looks like 15 feet .

The road in between house 1 also quite big as well. I think got 30 feet... Can park 2 cars at the side and still can 1 car pass thru the middle.

In term of feng sui. Higher area would be better. Mine one is argentea. Do not know how low compare to the front row

During purchase that time SA nvr mention this... I thought it will be same level....

From some pics posted by an owner in FB it seems like smaller... Even from the official progress pic but rest assured that it really will have 15 feet. I saw with my own eyes for couple of end lot where the land is larger and shld have 15 feet

Can do some extension on it. Argentea and Aquatilis is good. Got dry and wet kitchen. Pistia dont hv although fullt extended at the back

sales update:
Begonia - no longer shown on the screen. I presume is sold out
Bellicia - left 2 units (those interested pls make a quick move)
Bartonia - More than 10 units. Many units still available. I think the right hand side last row facing the apartment 1 only sold 3 units. I think still same as last time when I was there.
Saraca - if I remember correctly, only left 7 units. All from the last row.
