My math right? Yes, generally units in EH is cheaper than EM. However EM is strata but EH horizon is individual with DMC. Nevertheless, consider fully GnG as well. Of course Merrydale has 3.7 acres of private garden, while superlink only have Sun Bird Walk and the Fragrance Garden. They will depending on the personal preference. Anyhow, if grandlis really starting from 780k and with 10% discount, that's indeed a really good buy.. Not all phase is Gated guarded right in ECOhill here..beside this latest superlink, any phase come with same feature ?
Between, 50% bumi quota for all phase here is it correct ? |
