Follow MPKJ = in breach of DMC coz DMC clearly stated no exterior reno

If apply to MPKJ = no problem, can extend coz individual title

If apply to SPS = problem, coz DMC sd no extension

So it's MPKJ vs DMC with SPS = legally dun have a clear cut answer to this
