Defect sure have 1 but just hope is not too much coz not sure how long they will take to fix it. Somemore during that stage, dont think can do any renovation as well. Really kacau!

If I can have my way and sp allows...I would have make use of the car porch slab as a balcony for the master bedroom The huge space on top of the concrete slab is a waste. It could be a small mini garden or a place to chill out with your partner.

I heard retractable  awning sucks when it is heavy rain with strong wind. The arm could break if the wind is strong enough.

I checked with SA, they says cannot. I think it also depends on your windows design. Those with full length window may easily swap with a glass door.

I am using a european ID who lives here quote me around 30K ID fees.  I can ask him to do bulk order quotation at cheaper rate if someone interested..what you guys think
