Personally I'm leaning toward 34" ultrawide.

My current setup have one 34" main and a 23" secondary ( in vertical orientation ). I thought I could utilize 2nd monitor for browsing purpose ( as I always have 2 Chrome windows open, on old setup of 23" + 19" ) but I realize my 23" monitor are now basically electricity wasting machine as 2 Chrome windows side-by-side in 34" are perfect.

4K will have even more resolution, but 32" non-ultrawide will have different experience compare to 34" ultrawide.
Maybe depends on whether you're OK with that much resolution and really high dpi or not.

Ya, try check with them, they might have ready stock. At least that's my case, I saw it there, so I bought from them. Asked few other places, all no ready stock or need order for one to two weeks.

Problem with these 2, price are just few hundreds cheaper than X34, if RM3K then worth it IMO.

That Z301C was interesting, because IMO Z35's 1080P @ 35 inch have too low dpi, 30 inch 1080P have proper dpi.

Erm, X34A can reach 100Hz no problem. Difference are Acer not guaranteed to reach 100Hz, but as far as I read from reddit, only really small portion of owner cant OC to 100Hz but still no problem to 95Hz.

most likely better QC, because I almost dont see people complaint on BLB on Asus, while Acers X34 or Predator are full of people complaint BLB I'm lucky to have minimum BLB, or maybe it's because X34A have better QC now.

Can check by open black wallpaper etc and observe the corner. Usually large/wide screen have this issue, but should not be too obvious. Acer X34 quite famous of have serious BLB issue ( go check around reddit ). Mine was lucky to have minimum BLB only, not observable with room light on ( even black wallpaper )

Ya, G-sync is the meat. It's even impressive at lower frame rate like 40fps, where G-sync help reduce the blur.

Mine even pity spec i5 2500K and 8GB RAM
Upgrade GPU and larger SSD i5 3470 and 16GB RAM should still good enough for 1070

I'm still using 450W ( not even real power I think ), rocking 3HDD, 2 SSD, 1070, CPU OCed, with 5 fans and WC pump living on edge

But at least it's 30", so 1080P still looks fairly OK I think.
