Kimchi stocks dropped a lot while Sushi stocks closed slightly higher:

South Korea Stocks Fall Most in Four Months on Economic Concerns

South Korean stocks dropped the most since January after HSBC Holdings Plc cut its forecast for the nation’s economic growth and concern a U.S. interest-rate increase is imminent spurred foreign selling. The won slumped.

The Kospi fell 1.7 percent to close at 2,107.5, the biggest loss since Jan. 6. The won weakened 0.4 percent as a plunge in the yen spurred concern the Bank of Korea will intervene to protect the nation’s exporters. Samsung Electronics Co. slid 3.5 percent and Hyundai Motor Co., the country’s biggest carmaker, which directly competes with Japanese rivals in overseas markets, declined 1.9 percent.

Yuan Now Most-Used in Asia for Payments to China, Swift Says

The yuan has become Asia’s most-active currency for payments to China and Hong Kong, according to the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications.

The Chinese currency accounts for an average 31 percent of the region’s payments to China and Hong Kong, up from 7 percent in April 2012, Swift said in a statement on Wednesday. Singapore, Taiwan and South Korea have adopted the yuan -- officially known as the renminbi -- for the majority of payments to the Greater China region, according to Michael Moon, head of Asia Pacific payments at Swift in Singapore.

Bernanke sees no risk of hard landing in China, bullish on U.S. economy

SEOUL (Reuters) - Former Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said that China's economic slowdown should not worry markets as there was no risk of a hard landing, and emphasized that a move to raise U.S. rates should be viewed as a positive sign for the world's largest economy

Nasdaq sets record, Dow up triple digits as stocks rebound; Greece eyed

U.S. stocks closed higher on Wednesday, recovering from Tuesday's selloff, as encouraging Greece headlines boosted investor sentiment amid a slight pause in the dollar and yield climb. ( Tweet This )

There's "some positive feeling (on) rumors that Greece may be reaching a deal," said Robert Pavlik, chief market strategist at Boston Private Wealth. "It's a snapback from yesterday's selling (and) less concern about an interest rate hike. ... I thought yesterday was a little bit extreme."

The Nasdaq jumped nearly 1.5 percent to end above its previous closing high of 5,092.09. The index lost 1.1 percent on Tuesday. Apple (AAPL) and the iShares Nasdaq Biotechnology ETF (IBB) (IBB) each gained about 1.9 percent.

thanks for the tips

i actually see yearly return for past 5 years (not average past 5 years). didn't really see where they invest. so that's why overlap.

i also add a few bond fund to mix the risk a bit

what's your suggestion for strategy? choose only the best fund for its category?
