I'm not using mibox but I don't think is due to the box problem. Most likely is the addon which has bad streaming. add those commonly used addons shouldn't have any problem.

Cancelled my order on Lazada and went to purchase the last set at DirectD Megastore. No special content for Malaysia. Quite laggy when setting resolution to 4k 30hz on my tv.

i got an issue,

using kodi (krypton) play my 1080p mp4 from WDMYCloud got stutter problem, looking on solution on the internet so far not really successful, did try SPMC abit better but the stutter issue still happened one or two time.

any extra config is been done to your mibox?

No extra config. I have Krypton on my Mibox with smb mapping to my 2 units of WD mybook live (2TB each) and everything is playing smoothly, even 30GB plus mkv files.

Mibox is connected to wifi AC 5ghz network of my Asus AC68U router while my WD NAS are on gigabit wired network.

Audio from my Mibox is fed via spdif optical cable to my low end Sony sound bar with wireless subwoofer while HDMI video goes to my TV.

How's the price compared to lazada?
