i see the t&c mention after the 3gb usage, data is charge as pay per use at 50 sen for 20mb.
This may be an issue if user forgot to topup internet data, and proceed to use the data. Potential high bill unless they throttle the speed and allow user to topup once speed is throttled.

I was told that before it goes PAYG one SMS will inform you to proceed or not. So no worry about bill shocker.

QUOTE(pulautikus @ Apr 23 2015, 01:22 PM) Ok la tu. lets say u add on 5gb data. Then first month u get 8gb. U use 5gb. Balance 3gb. Next month bring forward 3gb + 3gb allocated already = 6gb. Better than paying for add ons on 2nd month. i know it's better than no bring forward just to remind /k/tard so later no dispute.

And i think the bring forward only last for month.
So 1st month 8gb, use 5gb bring forward 3gb to 2nd month.
2nd month total 6gb, but if u use only 1gb, can only being forward the 3gb from 2nd month.
1st month balance 2gb lesap on the 3rd month but 2nd month can bring forward.

QUOTE(budak k @ Apr 23 2015, 02:44 PM) i also sekarang ni 5gb + 60 mins call + 60 sms = rm88 monthly this first basic 38 is a lot cheaper if you top up 2x 1gb at rm15 per gb. comes to only rm68 for 5gb! i wonder if this will work : let's say you use 2gb per month out of the 3gb limit. then 1gb will be carried forward. the next month will have a limit of 4gb. then you use only 2gb again, so carry forward 2gb. the month after(the 3rd month) will have 5gb to use. again, use only 2gb to carry forward. then that 4th month will have 6gb to use. and you can carry forward the 3gb only if you don't use more than 3gb very nice to use for light and medium users

Prepaid Hash Tag Hotlink dah siap kena tapao
I am currently paying this every month
RM42.4(include GST) = RM40 = RM31.8 (1GB internet including GST) + RM8.2 (call/sms)
Which means RM40 - RM31.8 = RM8.2 left for call/sms. Consumers need to pay GST twice.
Ananda Krishnan siap kena cukur.

Hey guys,
I read the FAQ but couldn't find an answer. Any of you can help to clarify?
1. Is the speed applicable for 4G LTE? Or just for 3G.
2. For Celcom current users, how's the coverage for cellular and data? Ok ke?

Just signed up for this plan. So far ok la... Line seems more stable but data quite slow.
Am now in kedah and I have both to compare - maxis and celcom. Seems maxis data is 4g here but celcom is only 3g.
When I use speed test, maxis was giving 30mbps whereas celcom is only 3mbps!!!

My complete porting from digi to celcom was almost a day (received an sms saying I could insert the new celcom sim card liao). Upon starting it, got line but no Internet, no matter how many times I on and off the 3g switch. Also restarted the phone so many times. From cheerful to bad mood (since I need Internet to do work later). Luckily I found this site on how to set apn for android: http://www.astronyu.com/android-how-to-set...-1-setting.html*I removed all existing celcom apn first, then I created a new one following the website. Yay! Can liao.

QUOTE(Matrix @ Apr 24 2015, 09:35 PM) Yep..Celcom > MAXIS > DIGI CELCOM has the best coverage. Currently nobody can beat CELKOM for coverage, but in certain parts of Penang the signal is there but kenot use wan! and if can use slow like turtle!!! Same phone and sim card when using along the Grik, Tanah Merah to Kuala Terengganu is awesome! I really kenot figure this out!

both Celcom and Maxis has used 1800 and 2600 MHz for their LTE
Digi only got 2600 for their LTE and is alone in this spectrum wars
Umobile riding on part of Maxis spectrum for LTE yet it is also limited area
anyhow, worst is still Digi as it is limited to 2600 for LTE, it has got no other spare spectrum to use unless they forego their 2G GSM
