Is the 3GB Wi-Fi for tethering ?

isit celcom 38 only have bad speed? or other celcom plan oso bad?

The call and sms can use for international call or sms? If no, do u know how can we make international call if we use this plan?

planning to get a new phone and found out xpax offers rm99 package deal - smartphone & free 500mb internet for 12 months.

but need to reload to stay active... 

anyone knows if i can purchase one year validity for this..if can then free 500mb internet for one whole year

I also signed up at that branch last week but my case is a bit different.
My 1st application is at Metro Kajang but after waiting for 4 days and nothing happen, i went to IOI and they told me that my 1st application got rejected and they gonna help me resubmit my application.
They asked me to pay RM38 as advanced payment and i ask them why i need to pay for advance payment while i don't need to do so for my 1st application at Kajang.
They can't even guarantee my porting out from Digi to Celcom will be success or not. If my porting process not successful, they wouldn't return the money. I was just like "WTF".
1 days later, i able to used my Celcom sim card but the sim card that i used actually the one that given by Kajang branch. Celcom Kajang informed me that they actually already resubmit the application for me after the 1st try got rejected. The issue is, what is the status of my advance payment money that i made at IOI????
I called Celcom Centre and argued with them and they told me to wait till 24 May because my billing isn't out yet.
I called Celcom IOI and they just gave "tidak acuh" answer which make me piss of with their service. Said gonna follow up with me but i didn't receive any call from them.
Those two guy that sit at the Celcom IOI counter really muka mintak penumbuk one. They don't even want to listen the customer problem.
Now i need to wait till 24 May and see my billing status. Fark i just hate waiting 
For those who want to convert their plan to BASIC38, simply avoid IOI Celcom dealer.

so are you going to change to:
1. rm38 (3gb data) postpaid plan or
2. rm25 (1gb data) prepaid plan or
3. still remain with rm38 ( 2gb data) prepaid plan

please i need to decide before end of this month

Yerp i take receipt. I don't mind about that amount of money though but i hate scammer and arrogant seller.
I stop promoting this plan to my friend because of this bad service.

my 2gb just finish.now using wifi. still in dilemma to use which plan
as foreveralone, no i dont need cheap voice call.
But still scare of billing if suddenly over use.

lowest credit limit is RM100 atm. well, you only need to control you voice call and sms. data would not be charged after quota finish, instead will be throttled to 64kbps.

Btw, i kena tipu by MAXIS...their ONEPLAN...not include 1300 numbers...those are chargeable...is it same for SIALCOM and DIGI? My wife's line still with MAXSUCKS.

I can ask something. it says 3gb data and 3 gb wifi. What does it mean by 3gb wifi? isn't that if i connect to wifi it uses my wifi network data and not of celcom's? So what is the 3gb about? it can even put 100000000 gb wifi it doesn't matter right coz it is still using my wifi network 100000000 gb data.

i already mnp from altel to celcom before due date 8 may and it has been charged rm26.40.before that i mnp to celcom dealer at times square and ask me to pay rm38.then first bill dont have any detail for last payment or what.so report celcom 2 weeks already but dont have change anything outstanding bill.so already report skmm for this.and report about data dispute also.celcom say 80% im using that quota from 3.4gb but already check my data app manager only using 1.2gb.now still waiting from skmm..
