abit concern if the speed is capped at HSPA instead of LTE
like UMI 28 only can get 3.5G speed

both Celcom and Maxis has used 1800 and 2600 MHz for their LTE
Digi only got 2600 for their LTE and is alone in this spectrum wars
Umobile riding on part of Maxis spectrum for LTE yet it is also limited area
anyhow, worst is still Digi as it is limited to 2600 for LTE, it has got no other spare spectrum to use unless they forego their 2G GSM

QUOTE(cybpsych @ May 11 2015, 04:37 PM) that one was last updated in 2012 it's deeply concealed from the main site index seriously, it's either they outsource the website to 3rd party or their web department deserved to be fired!! it's 2015 and still don't have a official FB page (or it is hard to come by) they still can't get out of the typical GLC shadow.. how to convince potential customers like that

understand that we need to pay rm10 extra for their device bundle, then tied to either 12 / 24 months contract
but what happens after contract ends? revert back to rm38 or continue paying rm10 extra?

anyone faced slowness in web browsing using data on Celcom First 38?
I had to reload several times in order to get a simple page to load properly on Android browser, FB, other chatting apps are working fine though
downloading from Play store took a while before it can initialize download

btw running torrent on Celcom First 38 is blazingly fast yo, although the signal is locked to 3.5G
on average can get 400-500 KB/s
