its smart plan 50.. they just recently upgraded to 3gb.. previously was 2gb..

and i prefer celcom compare to this, as celcom has better coverage, and more lte in my areas.. not to mention, i do not need the additional 50 mins and 50 sms.. if i nid, i just need to pay per use once my free voice/sms finish, which is more worth overall..

Celcom also allow unused data to be carried forward to a limit. Maxis need to follow or
they will loose customers.

The other day said not going to counter. Now said going to counter. Maxis is really terrible in decision making.

Competing so everybody get a slice otherwise why celcom set

Maxis already have this ages ago. A new thing that they can do is to offer rm10 for 1gb.

For the celcom 1st 38 plan , after finish 3gb data users can purchase 5gb for rm50 and
carry forward to next month if not used up. Hard to beat this.

For celcom standard and micro are the same. micro size already precut and just push out if
you need micro. nano i think is separate card.

Try "reset to default" under APN settings. Worked for me when my phone suddenly
display " cannot connect to proxy server"

I signed up for a new number under this plan on 15/05/15 and paid rm40.30 but today i received
sms to say my unused data have been carried forward. True enough i check my bal status and
i have 5.9 gb data. My question is have i been cheated since i paid for 1 month but only got 2 weeks
usage since sms and calls cannot be carried forward like data?

I did call celcom 1111 and they say my billing cycle date is 28th of the month. I have to refer to the
selling branch as they determine the billing cycle date. I bought from celcom publika which is a
celcom center.

I plan to go there tomorrow but opinions from you guys greatly appreciated on this

Mine activated on 20th, hence my billing is on the 3rd (2 weeks after).  If you ask me I don't really mind about the minutes or sms since the usage of those 2 are expected to be low anyway.  Even in your case after 2 weeks, u only use 0.1GB of your data.  It is good they carry forwarded your unused 2.9GB.  Coz in my case I'd be grateful enough if I can get total at 4.5GB by the end of my first billing cycle  sweat.gif

However my main issue would be on the possibility of the unused 3GB WiFi Hotspots.  What if you went to 5 hotspots areas available claimed by Celcom but can never detect any of them?  Now to me that is cheating!
*
Others are getting 2 weeks too? Now i don't feel too bad and might just let it pass since going to
publika will make me spend more at food court and ben. lol.
I am finishing the data on my YES plan which i have terminated and will use celcom next month๐Ÿ˜€

how to know which place is celcom hotspot ?

Edited - wrongly type , sorry bonedragon

Their website got show location but can only view on pc.
Quite stupid or intentional since most will have HP or tablet
When outside looking for their hotspot.
