i went to celcom exclusive...able to change to celcom 38 from digi...just take 1 day.....is all depends on that shop efficiency..

it is...and it will continue to be 38 for 3gb....even after the promo period ended....as long u can continue using the plan...can u imagine the amount of backlash if celcom suddenly decides to change it?
