Why cannot? My mum change her Celcom First 100 minute plan, and my brother from Celcom Frenz prepaid to postpaid. Both got activated after 10 minutes of leaving Celcom Blue Cube

Alright already checked celcom online portal, RM40.30 advance payment already masuk..

But still have to pay the fixed charges of the previous celcom plan.. No discounts..

So the RM40.30 advance payment is considered as a "discount" to the old fixed charges for this month
