just wondering whether it is possible to subscribe to auto-pay with Amex card? If not, can i manually pay the bill with amex card?

you can do autobilling with amex. fill up the autobilling form then attach and send it to the cs via ocs. but it will not necessarily being paid on weekends.

You can also fill the autobilling form at the OCS portal with your AMEX number. Although it shows Visa and MC logo only, it accepts AMEX. I filled mine and it works.

Oh. In that case, if I want to pay on weekends only, is it possible to pay manually over OCS portal or any online channels? Or must go to service center/dealers to pay?

Every user will automatically get registered for OCS portal right?

You need to register yourself. I don't bother with paying weekends though since signing up with AutoBilling already earns you 5% discount from Celcom. Will be given on your next bill

You may get your password via Celcom OCS too. Can change password also if not mistaken.

Registered Tuesday evening wanting to port out from Hotlink (Maxis) but till now no SMS or any notification about the status on my MNP.

Porting out from Maxis usually take how long?

Still waiting since 2nd May...... celcom postpaid to another celcom postpaid plan also so slow...
Yesterday purposely didn't call to ask for update, really nobody from celcom call me back.
Enough lah, time to report to Communication and Multimedia Consumer Forum 1st. Still no solution present to me then MCMC.

i ported out since 5/5 till now haven port.
5/5 went ioi city mall for mnp, got sms replied Y
5/6 go sms from celcom said mnp rejected bcuz maxis reject. went to call celcom said got contract or what. ocs maxis no such thing. need freaking 5 days to rectify
5/13 call maxis because no reply and they check and said im ok to port. now is waiting celcom that i went to resubmit mnp. called them and they said resubmited.
5/14 till now no new sms for mnp. dafuq man!

do u think i need to complain as well?

From Maxis prepaid. Account is active and I still did not receive a single SMS from Celcom or Maxis haiz....

they will sms you automatically once your line is active.

very limited places. you can check the coverage area at their web site.

Althought our case not the same. Mine celcom to celcom.
You probably have to complain as well. From previous posts by others, seems maxis giving lots of problem to people trying to port out.

Just go to Celcom and they will do it for you. Condition : must not have previous months outstanding. Current month is ok. I ported last Saturday, received no sms from Maxis to ask for confirmation of porting instead received a sms stated Maxis acknowledge the MNP and the next day, i can start to use Celcom.
