Went to Blue Cube yesterday to sign up for First38. So far still haven't gotten any SMS from Tunetalk or Celcom.
I didn't have to pay anything yesterday but the lady told me that I would be charge advance payment, stamp fee & pro-rated commitment fee on my first bill. Now I don't quite understand what is the advance payment for. I know some users have mentioned that the advance payment paid during sign up will be used to pay for the first bill. And some users having to pay RM40.30 only on first bill. Since I didn't pay any advance payment, shouldn't my first bill be only pro-rated (commitment for 15 May 2015 to billing date) & stamp fee? Why the extra RM38 advance payment? Is it like a deposit or did they told me the wrong info? |

Anyone facing same issue as me?
Problem: Registered to Auto Billing ---> When billing comes, they did not deduct 5% from my AMEX card. Just reported to Customer Service. Thanks! |

QUOTE(alexleow81 @ May 15 2015, 11:07 AM) Yup. They will take 5% of your first bill and offset your 2nd bill. Same goes to your 2nd bill. Will be reflected in your 3rd. And so on. I have Autobilling on AMEX too |
