Just got a call from Celcom regarding to my complaint about not able getting LTE coverage and data signal fluctuating between 3G and H+ in Bandar Utama & Aman Suria. The fella said this rate plan capped the speed at 7.2Mbps as he double confirmed with the relevant product owners. I was like eye-rolling since most of the people using this plan got uncapped LTE speed now.

Hence, it is either they are going to cap it to 7.2Mbps, Celcom accidentally uncapped the speed or that fella gave the outdated info.

do we need to sign contract, say 1 or 2 year with the rm38 plan?
