I went and ask the customer service in celcom Menara PKNS, PJ. The lady said this plan offered to first 10k customer?

Is it true?

Today my port in request had been rejected once again and when I called Celcom, they said that the rejected reason due to "I still having contract with Maxis". When I contacted Maxis Customer Service, they have confirmed that I do not have any contract or outstanding with them and can port into other Telco anytime. Then I refer back to Celcom to re-submit my application but Celcom told me already rejected but they are unable to check what is the problem. Then when I walk in to re-register at Celcom Center, they told me that the Status is "In Progress" and I could not register again and I have to wait.

Walao! Damn difficult to port in ehhh! Seems like Maxis don't want to release my number!

report to cfm/skmm, they will shitbrix and escalate your case to higher priority

Already reported. Almost 5 days I am doing this ding-dong type of thing! Arghhhh!

Update, changed my apn to celcom 4g, got slightly better result

celcom will send u a sms about the username and password.

just changed from celcom 1 malaysia to celcom basic 38 this afternoon. still pending. and what's worse it, i cannot make calls, sms or use my data from the previous c1m plan while pending.

How to request or celcom will auto send me?

when u activate ur celcom sim card they will send u.

i get the message on second day after activate.
