They are inundated with requests already to get into this plan. A friend of mine went this morning also still waiting for the plan to be active. I went last Saturday. 5 mins after exiting the branch I received a message saying the plan is active already

lol. i see. but should at least let the previous plan to be active till the new one goes active. luckily i'm on leave for a couple of days.

That's good, people are smarter now.. switch to better value plan, with reasonable call and text PAYU charges.
My guess, it's eating the green telco' prepaid user too.. No brainer that with 38 buck for 3GB data, 50 min call, 50 text compared with 30 buck, just for 1 GB data, text and call is PAYU

successfully transferred. about 5 hours after my request. perhaps 'complaining' to the cs did help a lil. lol

1 thing though. my billing date would be 13/5/15 whereas i just changed to the plan today. come 13/5/15, will i be charged the full rm40.30? and how do i change the billing date?

Does anybody try the 'wifi 3gb' before? How the network so far? Is it can only one time use or anytime until reach 3gb wifi quota? I didnt try it yet. Just wanna know the feedback

Your bill will prorate until the day you change your plan. Means telco will chrge you from 13/4 until 29/4. Rm40.30 you paid is for your bill 29/4 until 29/5. Correct me if i'm wrong.

no idea. previously on prepaid. after my celcom basic 38 activated, it shows billing date 13/4. will confirm with CS tomorrow though.

Really? How come your new postpaid plan start 29/4 then billing period end 13/5? it should be one month period, isnt?

yup, free the extra data during midnight 12am until 7am morning

Indeed, even the yellow telco smartplan prepaid can beat the green telco with 30 buck with 1 GB quota, 60 min of call, 60 text but unfortunately, the coverage is not so good when compared with the green telco

mine also showed 13/4 in ocs, also activated on 29.

Tested this morning, download 28Mbps and upload 30 Mbps in Kuching.
