Exactly. When booking fee was paid in 2013. I heard that the property will be completed on 2016 but somehow the S&P delayed almost a year.... yawn.gif

Yea but it depends how you look at it also,

Leafz
3.3 acres
3 blocks
643 units
You can say almost the full 3.3 acres is utilized for the 3 blocks

Nidoz
7.8 acres
4 blocks
1300ish units + RUMAHWIP 557 units = 1800+ units rclxub.gif
I think 1 acre is reserved for the urban farming and another acre will be for D'Nuri. So 4 blocks will be squeezed into a 5-6 acre area.

So Nidoz's density is higher than Leafz essentially

The sales is not bad. Middle floor for Block B and C are almost full sold. Block D are fully sold
