Not sure bro but I'm sure B is cheaper cause C's view is unobstructed. B's KLCC view is mostly blocked by C

Booked a unit,19th floor block c,1400sf,3 car park,660k after rebate,really good concept,wardrobe,6 aircon,oven,gas stove,refri all include

1400ft must come with 3 car parks?Any has booked 1400ft unit with 2 car parks only? Wonder which unit u take? My SA explained to me before, cheapest is 670k after 17% rebate floor 20 in block C, but only 2 car parks?

I am a Petalz buyer and here is the payment schedule:

Schedule of Payment of Purchase Price :-

% Paid Pmt Date
1 Immediate upon the signing of this agreement (Booking Fee) 10% 24-Jun-13
Balance of 10% upon signing S&P 10-Mar-14

2 Within 21 working days after receipt by the Purchase of the Vendor's written notice of the completion of:
a work below ground level of the building - incl foundation 10% 14-Dec-14
g drains serving the building 5% 14-Mar-15
h roads serving the building 5% 14-May-15

As you can see, the booking fee was paid on 24 Jun 2013 and the S&P signed on 10 Mar 2014. It was 6 months from the promised S&P signing date.

The rest of the collections was quite fast.

I got a feeling he took the Desa Petaling view (unit 6) where it's blocked by Block B directly in front so not much view at all that's why the 3 car parks

Blocked by B or Vantage point? There is only 4 unit per floor for units facing Desa Petaling and 6 units facing KLCC in Block C.

Not sure just guessing, but he said he's on the 19th floor so most probably blocked by B? If you're above 17 you'll clear Vantage Point

Just confirmed with sales agent , yeah there's few unit come with 3 car park but basically all above 30th floor .
and it's Front & Back car park . (i'm not sure what it called)
