The satay is nice. Already crowd of people. Already used 1 of the special rebate card. Still have two, let me know if you need it.

1200 sqf 4 rooms and 1400 sqf 5 rooms. Both come with 2 car parks. But feel like not sufficient car parks for a family.

Agreed...the satay is nice

yes great deal. Will go tomorrow again to eat the food. I feel the lychee a bit too sweet. Try the fruit juice is so nice. Plan to buy the blender.

Talk about the floor plan, do you all think the room a bit too small. However is really good to have big family everyone have own privacy.

Personally felt the rooms were too small (was surprised when I saw the size of the master bedroom) and living hall/dining/kitchen also kinda cramped. But I guess would be suitable for bigger families.. or those wanting to sub-let. For couple or small family.. 3+1 would have been better.

Overall design wise looks great. smile.gif

The SA said they weren't sure if D'Nuri was open for public registration yet, just that you register with Exsim and your documents were to be submitted to Exsim.

I saw the show unit for D'Nuri, it's a nice size with a nice affordable price tag although the SA did say it is unfurnished.

What is the rebate coupon? Will get extra discount, other than the 17% rebate?
