Do you use a router? If you do, then you are probably having problems portforwarding.

yeap...i'm using a router, i did port forwarding already...b4 that i can get remote peers, only recently only get local peers and can't even connect to the trackers...d/l speed was only 0-1 kbps ...if i am lucky i might get 2-4kbps haiH...i'm kinda envy some of u guyz got d/l speed around 10kbps

Called tmnet and f*** them up. Even though they will do nothing after your complaint, but it is still our right to f*** them for bad service.

It is very clear that TMnet is playing dirty trick on customers.

They limit our bandwidth usage, particularly our download speeds. But in the same time, they keep giving promotions so that more people are buying the service. The reason they limit our bandwidth is so that they can allocate it for new users.

We pay RM88 per month for 1Mbps connection, not 1Kbps. We deserve to have what we had paid for! 'Best effort is no excuse. They are so dare not only to limit our bandwidth usage, but also 'give' 'our bandwidth' to other people. It's like 'gali lubang tutup lubang'. What the f**k.

If they cannot provide good speed to user, why not just stick with lower speeds(ie: 512K or less) and give reasonable rate to customers? No point trying to provide so-called 'high speed broadband' but in the end getting cursed by customers because of the endless service interruption and poor line quality?

I pay 2 account (RM176) /month , yet get only 10-30kb/s speed !! already 2 weeks .. kena tahan liao~

if everyone cancel their account, then we will play into tmnut's hands because they will give the bandwidth to new subscribers. I suggest you cancel one account and then complain like hell to tmnut everyday. if that's not enough, call cfm and keep on complaining to them until tmnut decide to surrender to all of us who call cfm. if you are still really feeling pissed after all that complaints submit your grudge to hell girl at www.animax-asia website against michael lai!!! LOL! I know one guy who actually did that and you can read his post there! LOL!!!!

Love to...but they couldn't be reach at the moment....i submit my complaint 2 cfm which include an attachment of my bittorent d/l speed saying my download speed is way 2 slow even for a 512k package...1-2kbps only

If there is no reply to your complaint, I suggest you call CFM's toll free number on Monday. Then you can tell them all about tmnut and their throttling.

i think if can, we highlight this throttling to the media...that would be an impact for tmnet,

That is very old news and most of us here know that already. It's tmnut cheap excuse for throttling us and we all know that is crap! As for highlighting this to the media, some guys here actually sent out letters to the newspapers but I don't know if the newspapers have printed their letters or not.

uh.... this morning was trying to download smallville.. was terrible.. 2Kb/s, hardly can connect to peers,

anyway manage to download off with a direct link at over 160Kb/s, i think my line is 1.5MB now

and just to see whether the throttle is still active during this hour.. i tried to download smallville again.. amazingly i got 130Kb/s

but then i still hate tmnet ..

so anyone here changed broadband already ?

I still cannot terminate my account ,because i have IPCAM Surveillance system on my house.

But upload speed worst and worst!! can't even remote login from my shop.!
*upload also throttling？

hope TMStupid give us higher 512k , 768k upload pakage .
