I heard for prima, rumawip you have to come out for the 10% downpayment on your own and also all legal fee borne by buyer, 0 discount for downpayment and legal fee is that true?

Received details from my SA, Maple Residences started to receive booking for phase 1, 98 units will be released for booking. 3 types : A - 22x85 B - 22x85 C - 22x70
