JMB is a high class project? This project is budget type, and initially it wasn't meant to be gated and guarded and they just build a fence.I wonder if they need to bear all the maintenance fees or majlis perbandaran sepang would bear part of it.

Just temporary common space maintenance until mp sepang takes over. But the guards we will need to maintain ourselves. At least developer provide fence and proper guard house with boom gate and access card system.

Yes, I think almost everyone being charged for the late payment interest.

I wrote to developer and appeal for waiver.

Hai thecaterpillar,

I'm one of the owner of RT3 unit, and I also had writen last week to developer for a waiver on the late payment interest. Until today, there is no reply and I did called their office yesterday for an updates. They said there are many buyers asking for waivers (no shit sherlock) so there is a long queue for it sweat.gif .

Have you received any result for your appeal?

1.4k rent for lamanview, reasonable compared to the entry level from of the owners smile.gif
