Yes available for Phase 2 buyer. If you are looking to place to stay, let me know so I can introduce my sales person. Nice honest guy.

By the way I'm one of Phase 1 buyer and our vacant possession took place just last May.

Yeah looking for own stay. Just place a booking last week for phase 2 Amaya 22x70, this week going to have a look at Sejati Lakeside.

The Phase 2 22x70 starting from 1.05m with 10% discount and cash back given during and after VP (total around 78K). So the loan amount will be starting at 948K and nett price starting at 869K.

Do you mind to share the phase 1 price for 22x70?

Besides this, the agent told me the property is applying for HOC and now still waiting for approval, so the MOT may or may not be exempted. Just wondering do you know the status of the HOC for maple? If under HOC then the MOT only cover for the exceed amount which save me alot of money.

Congratulations. I placed the booking back in 2017 for Type B 22x85 unit ( just slightly bigger than Type C with additional few feet’s of parking space, not much different ). Can’t recall the price for Type C but it’s not less than 800k for bumi lot for sure.

Unfortunately I was not eligible for HOC because the SPA was signed in 2017 when there was no such campaign but the current phase 2 must be eligible because it’s being launch after HOC 2020 announcement. Check with your sales person or directly with the developer if you need assurance.

Yes, around RM680k-730k depending on the type/size
