after success in balloting of pr1ma unit, anyone know how long do they take for document verification?

ya im now in document verification, just waiting waiting n waiting~

that day i went to laman view show room n asked, the shoplot which located beside it only completed 10 years after. It's like that "land" only have the double storey and the pr1ma apartment (completed at year end 2018). others land beside are all empty @@

MasReca19 total 960 units with a built-up areas of 850sq ft each, higher density than pr1ma cyberjaya1 and smaller sqft. Don't have swimming pool too, others facility almost same with pr1ma cyberjaya1.
Atleast cyberjaya1 have 1000sqf with RM260-280k.

of course i will recommended pr1ma cyberjaya. if you look at the 2 projects' location, Masreca is much more further from Cyberjaya city center or much more south. somehow personally i felt, pr1ma has better outlook design, if compare.

i see, ok then wait for it. I called them last month once i got loan approval from bank, and they said end of october or 1st week of november will get their email / letter. end up nothing. let's see next 2 weeks got any news or not.

erm, not sure is that call conventional loan, but definitely not islamic loan.

i take type A with 3 bedrooms. you in reserved list what number? if you between 1-150 then chances are high, but i think only left type A and C.
ya you need to be patient, last time i submit document it's took about 2 weeks to get feedback.

actually i'm took the top floor too but somehow some of my friend told me scare the roof will leak or what.

i guess the developer wait for the reserve list and process together.

Got a letter from developer yesterday that I can proceed to sign the snp before 3rd november

You are primary batch right? I think soon you will receive your letter too. Ya will need to squeeze a weekday n go. If you can't sign before 3 november, then your offer will be lapsed automatically.

Me is number 286. Yes I need to go to the appointed associated lawyer firm as stated at our offer letter earlier with 10% down payment.

I received letter only, no email.

just call to the solicitors firm and ask, they told me they haven't ready yet for those document to sign even i received the letter already. Once document ready, they will arrange the sign date at laman view cyberjaya showcase there and call me.
