I also sent an email 2 dys ago to their law firm email, and still, receive no reply fr them. WTH!!!!! what kind of law firm is this, it is not like I am chasing for money from them but i am paying them money instead!!!!!  I really hope they do know the way they behave is really not acceptable!!!!

Is it a good move for me to buy PR1MA but my intention is treat it as "investment" instead of self use?

i means it's a investment after "10 YEARS"!! if you can hold it for 10years, after 10years u can rent sell refinance whatever shit.

I would say leave it to those that really need for own stay.

It's not worth to invest coz the holding period is 10 years and I doubt the appreciation for Pr1ma will be that good coz ppl will not pay high price for it. So choose wisely.

I believe many buyers will curi curi rent during those 10 years...
If property in city became sky high after 10 years, I think the pirce of PR1MA won't be too bad..

They have the right to take action if they know. Ie u dun get along with neighbours , they report. I dunno worse case scenario , maybe they take back unit? I am just imagining if somehow one of the neighbours jealous and reported and so on

Pr1ma not really cheap.... Rm400k for 1000 sf basic apartment.... Not really worth with the condition attached. Rumah selangorKu is much better

those 400k are not rumah prima, and not whole project are under prima, only smal portion are under prima.. and prima house are either 200k or 250k below..

I suggest u call up the developer directly. The contacts are on their website. The old phase is sold directly by developer, no agent. So I guess no1 here will pm u.

Honestly iy wont be 10yrs.

It will take at least 4 yrs to build....u just need to hold for 6 short years nia...

Ownstay to me is an longer term investment.

If want to curi curi rent out....make sure your tenant can get along well w your neigbours...not you...haha

Not a sound investment for pr1ma. Even if they can get along with neighbours and all, if your tenant destroy your property or default they know you won't dare make police report and all because you are also renting out illegally. Either way you lose. The project is meant for those that need affordable housing in this crazy times.
