i still  do not understand why dealers still not ready Nano size sim card

I do provide nano blank sims, but for printed prepaid New number then no choice mush cut it as Malaysia still not yet ready Tri-size sim like Thailand

only mini-micro , or nano instead of Mini-micro-nano
*
We do have TriSIM in Malaysia. Maxis has been selling and issuing TriSIM for quite sometime already. If you buy a new Hotlink prepaid card now, you'll get a TriSIM too.

That's great. I know who to look for in the very near future. smile.gif

Do you still offer MNP 30% rebate for P50/P70?
*
currently is 20% , for those new case Mnp from other telco

those previously under umobile, ported out to other telco, have a 6 months cooling period to port in UMobile and we enjoy commission again sweat.gif
so can provide discount again haha

QUOTE(kit2 @ May 27 2016, 10:32 PM)
yes, but you have to pay extra for it.

went to umobile centre to mnp 2 weeks ago. the staff opened his drawer only to show a stack of micro sims but no nano. he saw my iphone and said i needed a nano. he offered to cut for me and sim will be free, otherwise native nano is chargeable!

after all these years, umobile is still collecting iphone tax smile.gif
*
iphone tax means ? every telco charge right ? GST

QUOTE(Nickfury2 @ May 27 2016, 10:35 PM)
Hi all.. Just need advise..

Q1. When I register for umobile p70 do I have to pay RM70 at counter or it will be calculated in my 1st bill?

Q2. If must pay at the registration counter is it  an advance bill payment? Which for 1st month I not required to pay?
*
Q1. Yes for new number, not necessary for MNP, but dealers do charge first, to avoid u accept counter offer from maxis/digi and no return the card.
Q2. first month bill is prorated, the advance is like 1 month deposit, utilized when u terminate / port out.

subscribe with me got discount oh brows.gif

Hello everyone! I often travel to Malaysia and it's been more than 3 years I have the same sim U-Mobile. I remember until January of this year I was able to top up my sim on u-mobile website through my credit card, keeping the sim alive even when I was in the passive (or grace) period.
Now I tried to topup last week and the operation was not successful, U-mobile customer service told me that once in passive state, I can only topup by U-monbile shop or top up code.
Does someone confirm that to me? It was a recent policy change?
sad.gif I have more than 100RM on card and I would not like to lose it sad.gif

if umobile website doesnt allow you topup, then topup from here:

http://www.e-pay.com.my/shop

anyway, when my card is expiring i usually topup the minimum amount rm5 to keep it alive. telco's website usually requires a min of rm10. so, it's better to use e-pay.

Guys

I previously got the offer of 20% for minimum RM30 topup 'yang pertama'. But 2 days ago I got the SMS again for the same offer. Am I still entitled for such promotion cos my next RM30 topup will definitely not be my 'yang pertama' anymore.

And the promo ends on May 31st

What do you guys think? I already asked this to umobile twitter but as usual their response is rather slow.
