Unlimited Minutes and SMS'

You acknowledge and accept, for the voice & SMS' allocated with the Plan(s) that the unlimited minutes and SMS' applies to:
Domestic mobile ON-net usage (Maxis to Maxis calls and SMS') for MaxisONE plan lite & start (excluding OFF-net usage (calls and SMS' from Maxis to other Service Provider), calls to fixed lines, video calls, calls to numbers with special charges e.g. 1-300/1-800/600 & 121, TM100, 1MOCC, 02-prefix numbers for IDD calls to Singapore and 080-prefix numbers for border calls to Brunei).

Domestic mobile/fixed ON-net & OFF-net usage for MaxisONE plan 98, 128, 158 & 188 (excluding, video calls, calls to numbers with special charges e.g. 1-300/1-800/600, 121, TM100, 1MOCC, 02-prefix numbers for IDD calls to Singapore & 080-prefix numbers for border calls to Brunei).
standard person-to-person calls or texts and not for any commercial and/ or non-personal usage;

non multiple simultaneous calling, conference calling, re-supply, call centre usage, telemarketing, bulk messaging, application-to-person communication, continuously call forwarding, auto-dialing, machine-to-machine communication (including by using your SIM card in any other devices), Cellular Trunking Units (CTUs), or any other activity we consider to be non-standard usage

they do charge on 1300 1800 ...

starbucks need to swipe your card in order to give you points. you cannot swipe a virtual card, can you?

go and try for yourself. maybe the store i went to sucks.

So u mean jus flash the virtual card can get 10% discount?

I dunno why I purchase starbucks drink using ucard, get 10% discount but still didn't get extra point.

eh....so need to have a physical card to earn point at retail ?

i aldy got the virtual card, how to get the physical card ?

It seems that most U Mobile shops only have Micro-SIM and then they will cut into Nano-SIM if you need one.

Does U Mobile have native Nano-SIM without cutting Micro-SIM?

i still do not understand why dealers still not ready Nano size sim card

I do provide nano blank sims, but for printed prepaid New number then no choice mush cut it as Malaysia still not yet ready Tri-size sim like Thailand

only mini-micro , or nano instead of Mini-micro-nano

yes, but you have to pay extra for it.

went to umobile centre to mnp 2 weeks ago. the staff opened his drawer only to show a stack of micro sims but no nano. he saw my iphone and said i needed a nano. he offered to cut for me and sim will be free, otherwise native nano is chargeable!

after all these years, umobile is still collecting iphone tax

Hi all.. Just need advise..

Q1. When I register for umobile p70 do I have to pay RM70 at counter or it will be calculated in my 1st bill?

Q2. If must pay at the registration counter is it an advance bill payment? Which for 1st month I not required to pay?

Eh want to ask, umobile utilizing on maxis telco towers ?

ooo ok thanks. Feel like P70 quite a good deal but +8gb additional is all day usage or for offpeak?

It's all day usage..

not all place using maxis tower,JB and KL use umobile own tower,
other place only use maxis tower for 3G only, no 4G available.

2G / GPRS / EDGE as well 100% under Maxis coverage
