Now I tried to topup last week and the operation was not successful, U-mobile customer service told me that once in passive state, I can only topup by U-monbile shop or top up code.
Does someone confirm that to me? It was a recent policy change?

Hello everyone! I often travel to Malaysia and it's been more than 3 years I have the same sim U-Mobile. I remember until January of this year I was able to top up my sim on u-mobile website through my credit card, keeping the sim alive even when I was in the passive (or grace) period.
Now I tried to topup last week and the operation was not successful, U-mobile customer service told me that once in passive state, I can only topup by U-monbile shop or top up code. Does someone confirm that to me? It was a recent policy change? |
