may i know how do i check the 30 days renewal period? don't suggest me to download umobile app or log in their website. the speed i'm getting now is too slow to load those pages. any other way beside calling the customer service? something like ussd way?

I don't think USSD are able to check these balance. Sending SMS might not work. Seems like the only way is to use the app

you need to make a one-time rm10 topup to get recurring 1gb data. promo runs till end of june.

the 1gb can be checked under ussd > *118# > my account > my freebies

it renews on the same date every month, based on when you first activated it by topping up RM10 or more

you'll also get sms each time it refreshes and when the quota is exhausted

it renews exactly every 30 days, so the day of the month does move forward by one day if the current month has 31 days.

the free data will be given to you for life, but the one time activation needs to take place by june 30.
