IMO 3rd party better. M2 famous for front suspension/absorber issue. Warranty replaced still issue comeback later, no point go back stock lo.

Go go change and feedback here. I'm thinking of change also, but need few k damage I think. Need reserve money change rim + tire first.

Just got my car today, all good but I got the below questions,

a) side mirror didn't auto fold when engine off
b) door did not auto lock after driving off

Any add-on can fix the above and how much does it cost?

Actually, the new petronas ron 95 with Pro Drive is a very good fuel if you compare with other brands of 95. Really responsive and smooth compare to previous formulation and other brand.
*
Agree! Been using new Petronas 95 Pro Drive. No complaints so far. Perfect balance between performance and efficiency.

Hi all,

After i went through some post here (not all), I got a question.

For the mazda 2, since the tyre is so hard to get in the market, may i know what is the option for me (w/o changing rim, what size tyre to get).
*
if wanna use back 185, recommended to use 185/55R16 or 185/65/R16

Such functions are not available, or can say not "activated". In the market got sell those Plug n Play module for those functions. Price wise, I'm not too sure.

For those who use Continental CC6 185/55R16 tires, how was it compare to the default Dunlop Enasave 185/60R16?
More quiet? More comfort?

I'm planning to change my tires soon.
Any other brand that you recommend?
*
CC6 is slightly better than Enasave and it's more like a cheap and cheerful kind of tyre. If you're looking for performance, try Michelin PS4. Something in between performance and comfort, maybe the Toyo TR1 or Conti MC6. These are the tires I've tried so far. Of course you won't which of them really suits you until you've tried them out.

Hey guys, just changed my battery not too long ago from ori to VARTA115D23L and noticed the fuel consumption has become very high, wonder if there's anything i missed apart from just resetting the i-stop

I've only experienced the noise after 4 years of ownership which is not bad. The SA in jln Sg Besi replace it with the new Mazda 2 GVC suspensions parts which they claim should fix the problem (Finger cross).
As for gearbox, I have no problem up until today.

So how much you paid for it ?

This sounds like Mazda cheapskate ? During 3 years warranty period, I've complained and replaced front suspension etc 3 times but issue remain, they never mentioned can use GVC parts thou. So if paid, they replace with better parts that 'could' solve the issue vmad.gif
