Haha, so did I. I now have the oil version of Kalemat Amber and Floral.

That's cool, Where did you get it, KLCC? Went there a couple of months ago, they don't have Kalemat Amber in stock. So I only have Kalemat.

Edit: Right, saw you bought it from eBay. rclxms.gif

This one I'm wearing today is Indian Oud pure oil. It's kind of sweet, bold, and basalmic in character

It's my first time purchasing pure oud extract oil. Before this I only heard that pure Oud oil is expensive.

But today, I noted the price of oud chunks being sold for between 10,000 and 30,000 MYR

It's a reputable oils shop which is handled by a family of traders which tracks back to the heritage times. The shop is almost 100 years old. It's called Bajenid And Sons, located in the heart of Georgetown

For me, it lacks performance and poor projection.

Waahhh...good to see quite a few of us fans of Arabian Oud. My first purchase was Kalemat ( that was before reading Kafkaesque review ), and sure enough after reading the review went to get myself Ghroob. And about 4 months a go had to buy the Kalemat Black ( Sehr Kalemat) since it was on promo @RM300 for 200ml.

Both Kalemat bought at KLCC and the Ghroob from Quill Mall

Anyone here know where to get D&G The One EDP? Couldnt find it anywhere because they said that the company is changing owner or something. Any trustworthy online store that sells it below than 300?

Purchased Amouage Jubilation XXV today. Tried the 'vintage' version at the store, couldn't notice the difference. Granted, it was just a quick sniff. It's nice to buy retail at brick and mortar shop, with some samples thrown in.

What about this one? Haramain oud/amber/sandalwood. I found this perfume in an indian shop. Try smell it, stink like hell. Like really busuk. Is this considered oud? And this is how oud really smell??

I tried to smell all the haramain perfume. Only 1 smells nice. Others all stink. Rm20 per 5 or 10ml.

This is attar i guess. The arabic word means attar asli or pure perfume in english. Attar means perfume in arabic? Or attar is one type of perfume?
