KBS gym? gym rakyat izit? How is it there, as in the facilities? looking for free weights rather than machine.

What the rate per month?

Im staying in kajang, but if after class, from uniten to KBS should be ok right? not that far..lol i also not sure seldom go ronda putrajaya nowadays.

And your point is ? AFAIK :

-> liquid nutrition is much more easily taken up by the body
-> increase your caloric intake a lot easier via liquid because you don't fill up as quickly
-> It saves the stomach from having too break it down solid

So, whats needed is Whole + Liquid .

Whole = (Daily intake food like rice, chicken etc etc)
Liquid = (Mass gainer)

here is a tip from me.. last year i was 49kgs.. now im 55kgs n still growing.. eat oatmeal for carbs before workout.. after workout eat as much food as possible. i train 3 times a week at 45 min per session. each week, increase your reps by 10-20.. untill u reached a certain point.. then u switch it up to a more advance thing for example from regular push ups to diamond.. after workout or if your not exercising, drink plenty of water as it prevent you from getting water retention.. hope this helps..

You may need to change your eating habits, try eating more proteins to help you build muscles. Try avoiding processed foods, as they are unhealthy. And since you're still young, taking some supplements is quite helpful too so that you're appetite gets better.

And also never skip a meal. Don't eat only when you already feel so hungry. Try to eat small amount but frequently.. of course rich in Protein and some dietary supplements (of course as advice by Doctor)

bullshit. i'm a veg and i'm doing fine. what you need to do is to eat more protein, in this case soy protein. oat helps too.

Do not forget to exercise & lift weights !

It really works. I gained 2 kg in a month after lifting weights. I just join those body pump classes

i oreadi start my training in gym back now. oreadi a week. but i just train by my self. without a trainer. using dumbbell, cycling and others machine. so just asking, do i need a proper trainer to training me and gain muscle and at the same time gain weight and get good body shaping ?? or just buy the dumbbell for ladies then workout at home ?? if i wanna use some machine, then i will go to the gym. that gym is free under my campus.

which one more proper and serious to gain muscle etc OR just buy the dumbbell ?? but i dunno how to workout properly. at the same time im taking real mass. and im a thin lady too. just wanna gain some muscle, get shaping and weight. not to be hardcore bodybuilder.
