Fly wheel incident can be very random, also directly related to owner's discretion on their regular service routine. A person who have no sensitivity at all, it happens when the car lack of maintenance, forgot to tighten wheel hub; likewise a person who have extreme sensitivity to car technical issue, up keep the car at top knotch will face it too. Reason being, refused to believe things will just go break so easily even just changed recently. My case is a lively example where I changed 6 bearings in 6 months time. Lastly I still refused to believe the recent bearing change will get busted in 1 week time. Infact, a lady driver could have maintain the car better than any of us in terms of foot work. They prefer stock suspension - cheep & comfortable. They hear sound, they send to tayar shop, they changed stuff REQUIRED for her. If still got sound, they send it back & make noise complaint the recent change still emits sound, magician will have to rework on it regardless. They see, they hear, they complaint, magician work, magician chop them, they pay, just like clock work. They won't ask anything extra. They don't care about stability. My waifu can take Guthrie exit North South at 140kph whilst I'm chasing from behind, seeing the car almost topple over, gradually pulling away from the corner. When asked upon, she said she didn't notice she was speeding or the car was swaying by all means.

Few weeks ago, wifey called me say the tayar got flat. I came to rescue, to found the tyre sidewall has been totally grind off. Then all sorts of "what if" came to my mind as I was changing to a spare tyre.
1. what if the lower arm bent? how much to replace? shd I go for silicon bushes? upgrade ARB the same time?
2. what if the rim got bent? what's next? 16? 17"? Magnesium lightweight? Titanium alloy? Offset sagat?
3. what tayar next? Performance? Balance? Fuel economy? Price? Shd I trade in the left overs? Shd I repair the bent rim & keep another set of track day tayar with the new rim?

Few days later, wifey sent the car to shop. Buy 1 new tayar, replaced the broken 1. Did the alignment. Done laugh.gif

Today morning my aircond got wind but no coolness, so I went to check in a specialist in aircond shop. Then the shop say my condenser pipe bocor, I no experience so I ask him what to do. He suggest change the whole thing which cost me RM630 with GST and now my aircond no problem already. Just wanna ask all sifu's did I kena chop or normal or cheap? (Just over warranty by 1 month T.T) *cry hard hard*

Condensor piap paip doesn't go burst just like that

1) Compressor is stopped whilst you're blasting aircond in the car.
Detail explanation: Why does compressor stopped? Occupants thought of save petrol, switch off engine whilst leaving the aircond continue to operate, compressor ain't spinning, refrigerant unable to circulate, return hose pressure increased, to an extend it burst.

2) Compressor is dying
Detail explanation: Compressor clutch is slipping, compressor pump unable to circulate refrigerant fast enough. Return hose pressure increased, to an extend it burst. Or, compressor piston is loose, refrigerant unable to pump through for circulation

3) Thermostat valve jammed
Detail explanation: Cooling coil unable to accommodate the amount of refrigerant pass through as too cold, refrigerant start to freeze at the joint between thermostat and cooling coil. Return hose got vacumized, cooling hose increase pressure, to an extend it burst.

Since you already repair, might as well believe nothing will go wrong. Woranti or not, it's pure luck.

All Saga FLX variants price have been updated.
With the introduction of GST, most part prices drop (10% sales tax previously).

Except for Saga FLX SV, which will be included shortly in the first page, everything else remained the same link.

already repaired, so don't think much yo. should glad your problem already being solved. one should know that if you know you go to the reliable shop, then only you will know you got a reliable price.
even some of our recommended shop didn't offer lower price, but what we know they offer good service and workmanship.
like my case, i am not a petrol head. last time i got rear bearing problem, i knew the bearing parts price range. i can go to nestum shop, but cannot windstand the noise, instead go to nearest shop to diagnose, and confirm bearing problem, (at first i thought the front bearing rosaked because i heard it came from the front) and replace the bearing. i maybe be got more expensive price, but, the problem solved, they did a good job and i am happy. and that's it. and i didn't think i was kena chopped also.

moral of the story, aircond problem will get you chopped anyway.
