Go get the crappo proton alarm system changed,,.. super crappy alarm..

Attach back your front bonnet sensor , try check every single door switch . maybe it dont attach properly .

Check if the alarm "brain" is connected properly or not. My Saga friend (or friend's Saga) also faced similar problem. His case was the remote signal is veeeryyy weak, he need to get very near until can touch the car that kind of near baru the alarm can receive the signal from the remote.

I changed my alarm system to Steelmate.

After my car was broken into 2 years ago... without any alarm...

Due to crappy Plotong keys


Have changed to Toyol Kamri

David change key housing only le. Immo transfer to new key. Iinm, change alarm system, kena change new key. Old immo will not work. 3rd party i dunno, but if change new plotong alarm will get 2 new key set with immo. If wrong please correct me. But to me stock alarm sufficient. Plotong car only ma. Buy vios la if everything mau change.

When the alarm set off midnight while you weren't able to sleep, had to disarm it, please don't do it inside the house. Take the opportunity walk out to the porch look into the dashboard cluster, see whether the door opened indicator is lite up? If yes, good chance is 1 or more of your 4 door switch malfunction/stuck. If there's no door opened indicator whilst alarm automatically set off, then it's possibly due to the rear boot lock switch.

Solution for door switch:
Open up the condom, spray conductive lubricant(namely Q20) into the shaft. Press/release a few times and respray lubricant again just to make sure everytime you release the switch, cabin light will lite up. Check also if the shaft is bent, if it is, see whether you can push it back straight so the shaft can thrust properly.



Solution for rear boot locking mechanism:
Use a screw driver to press the middle "tongue"(spray lubricant before/after press the tongue) until it clicks, don't shut the lid yet. Go back to your driver seat and pull the lever to release. Go to the back and shut the boot. Go back to driver seat and pull the lever to release again. Spray lubricant on the tongue again, use screw driver and press the tongue again until it's lock, then spray lubricant again. Once again, do not shut the lid, go back to driver seat and pull lever to release. You may use your key to open the lock after you press the "tongue", so you don't have to go back/forth.



Good luck in troubleshooting. This is as far I can share, the others need extensive experience.

Any CVT related matter, pls deal with Plotong. Be sure to use Plotong fluid also. There are incident that some smartbottoms being so smart uses Hongda CVT fluid in their GaGa and ended up change gearbox to manual

Hi all. My Saga BLM is having alarm issue.

When alarm is set, the alarm will trigger itself.
I checked, no sign of door opening at the dashboard.
And the alarm will just triggered itself after few minutes I locked the car.
And at first I thought is the door sensor, maybe never change before, spoilt and I changed at SC. But then, the situation still remained the same.

Any brothers here facing same problem? 

Open the boot, pull the carpet off from the passenger side rear left brake lamp assy area. You'll see 2 computer boxes over there with wiring harness strapped on. Do remember at this point to double check if your car key is in your pocket, do not leave car key in the car. Unplug the boxes(immobilizer and alarm module). Give it a few minute rest and put them back on. By the time you plug in the wiring harness, your alarm should automatically trigger. Use your key to unlock.

Give it a shot. This is your last resolution. If this doesn't solve, good chance is your alarm module short circuit.

During hard acc, no such sounds. Goin slow over the speedbump usually can detect the sound.
Mau lagi obvious, naik speedbump yg haluusss tu. Naik senget...lagi dengar dat sound 

Condensor piap paip doesn't go burst just like that

1) Compressor is stopped whilst you're blasting aircond in the car.
Detail explanation: Why does compressor stopped? Occupants thought of save petrol, switch off engine whilst leaving the aircond continue to operate, compressor ain't spinning, refrigerant unable to circulate, return hose pressure increased, to an extend it burst.

2) Compressor is dying
Detail explanation: Compressor clutch is slipping, compressor pump unable to circulate refrigerant fast enough. Return hose pressure increased, to an extend it burst. Or, compressor piston is loose, refrigerant unable to pump through for circulation

3) Thermostat valve jammed
Detail explanation: Cooling coil unable to accommodate the amount of refrigerant pass through as too cold, refrigerant start to freeze at the joint between thermostat and cooling coil. Return hose got vacumized, cooling hose increase pressure, to an extend it burst.

Since you already repair, might as well believe nothing will go wrong. Woranti or not, it's pure luck.
