doesn't matter, i see SEH quality is good ... of course can be improved.
the setia alam and ecopark ppl all moved to EM liao ma.

Normally developer like SP Setia or IJM is more focus on township & infrastructure development. In term of quality of hse, they are no so good as they need manage their costing as well since they invest a lot in infrastructure. This is why semenyih parkland can provide staircase made by tempered glass & porcelain tiles lo..😀😀😀😀

i prefer the quality is better on the whole township infrastructure than single house...house still can spent own money to renovate it...as most of the ppl will do...but to spent money on infrastructure almost impossible for the buyers and only can depend on developer...

imagine a developer maybe developer a very exclusive good material house at a lousy location with bad access roads and bad surrounding

compare to some average quality house on good infrastructure and good landscape and environment..definitely i chose this...

Compare with Condo..landed property still hv higher demand even market no so good but some location like setia alam new launching still sold out. Land is getting lesser at klang valley. Last time everyone say setia alam & sg long is so ulu place but right now those place are quite expensive too. Semenyih maybe become next sg long in 10 years time after Eco Majestic & SEH become matured township..😊😊😊

hehehe... by looking at the jam in Semenyih today, I think in less than 5 years maybe we already can see the shadow of Setia Alam here... tongue.gif tongue.gif tongue.gif

Yaya..you are right. Semenyih is very jam if compare with bangi/rawang. If Silver Square or rumour Aeon can be operate within 5 years, it will help to develop semenyih as more ppl will come here for shopping..😀😀

I think now we all waiting excitedly about the Ecohill link.. Once it is up, it will give a total different perception for the people who visit SEH / EM..

The legal firm runner also tell me same thing as he also stay at semenyih...😀😀..Ecohill link is important for semenyih but i think MPKJ also need to enlarge jalan semenyih to 6 lanes too. Hope SEH organize another makan/concert session when ecohill link ready. 😀😀..

I think Jalan Semenyih currently already hopeless.. too many traffic lights, too many junctions. In addition, there will be no space for enlargement already. Perhaps some portion can still be enlarged, but majority already reach edges of the shops, no more space for improvement.

Indeed, when the Ecohill link is ready, I also really hope either SEH / EM can have a big superstar concert again, people will definitely realized the changes thereafter.. Huge marketing impact...
