Really glad SPS help us to get approval to set up guard house n fence before deliver the key, saw the ijm rimbayu thread that developer will not help to get approval before deliver key, all depend on the resident to set up RA community to aplly fence n guard by themselves

i considered buy that at that time. Called them asked asked then almost wanna drive go and see and place booking.
But my friend came back give me really bad report so I skipped from seeing it altogether...

What is your fren's opinion about Rimbayu?In term of location, Rimbayu is better than SEH since Rimbayu will be nearer to Kota Kemuning & also puchong. Of coz their pricing also much higher than SEH and leasehold since IJM obtain the land from Selangor goverment. ☺☺☺..My fren is the consultant on this project so i know a bit more than outsider.

I think Rimbayu is nearer to Kota Kemuning and Puchong while SEH is nearer to Kajang and Cheras.. The different would be KK and Puchong is still relatively "new" area while Kajang and Cheras already stepping into "matured stages"..

Matured Stage mean no new land for development lo..that y sp setia & Eco World target those cheras ppl who would like to hv a better environment to move to semenyih..😊😊😊
