What we know boustead only have 10 acre land, 4 acre for shop lot, may be 5 acre land not sufficient for shopping mall. |

Problem is they promised Pavilion, but they didn't promise how huge right? What if they open a mini Pavilion? Also can the buyers take any action if say they failed to open Pavilion? Obviously the premium price is all because of Pavilion.
I'm still considering if it's worth buying, was waiting for Park 2 Phase 2, they said will launch somewhere May/Jun |
