Yes my friend jus spoke with pavi leasing manager n it is malton's Bukit Jalil City Mall & NOT pavilion bukit jalil.. One can refer to the link for Dsara heights Pavi below which states pavi2 (supposed to be BJ mall).

Yes i think the P logo is cos the mall is managed by the team that managed P mall...Will u buy REVO if its the P brand mall?
I find it hard to bliv that any luxury brand will enter BJ if its the P mall as they wont be able to prove the surrounding spending power that is neccesary for a luxury mall.

Next 10 yrs will see 2 outskirt luxury mall being Empire City Mall & Pavilion 2 Damansara Heights.. Empire already signed on many lux brands n pavi needs around 6-7yrs b4 the mall is ready as they are busy tearing down the old buildings & the mall is part of phase 2 (near MRT).

Good to know that BJ City Mall land clear n work starting soon with Leonard architect.

No lrt/mrt here (will affect the mall n resi ofc), but 760-780 psf is still reasonable for pavilion mall next door... U must like driving though drool.gif drool.gif drool.gif Maybe can rent to IMU students??

700 is OK but the parking view is a major turnoff la dude.. IMU students now renting in savana BJ at RM2.5k for 3 rooms.. This should be an upgrade if they want the pavi lifestyle albeit i still think No luxury tenant hehe..

this pricing is not expensive fr future regional mall BUT the location is the problem here being NOT facing the mall's entrance, can expect much lower footfall!

Eitherway, it truly surprises me that need to advertise full page & bad take up rate (so-so) for being part of Pavilions BJ!

Looking at Damen performance being a pavi REIT managed mall,

Anyone here worried? although i still think pavi bj might do OK/well if economy bounces back..
