Eventually, is all depending if Desmond managed to find the investor to invest the mall.
Ideally, this type of mix development, the cash flow to built the mall is all depending on the sale of residential component on top.
If the sale is not as good as expected, then the mall will need huge capital outlay for at least 3-4 years....
