Property.guru aurora sovo and revo renting at rm1600~rm1700. Airbnb rental about rm200~rm300 during raya time. Havre renting at rm2k plus. The park renting at rm2k plus also.

Thats a good starting point n benchmark

But u gotta know can it be rented out at that price easily
Just contact n ask to rent see if its rented out or still vacant

I think this is more likely a collection in bukit jalil city than a profit oriented product. It might fetch a not bad return but still there's plenty of better options.

Anyone has any info if there's any plan by government to upgrade the lumba kuda roundabout access? The traffic getting bad and foresee will be worse once all the new dev is completed.
