i was caught in a bad jam in bkt jalil on friday night trying to visit a friend, left cyberjaya at 8 30pm and arrived at 10pm thanks to googlemap... using all the backroads in kuchai lama. It even jam north south highway.

Very the ONG.

I cannot imagine thr traffic in 4 years from now. So those people who bought there will need to shop n dine n lepak there...New township? No....

Friday night I think because of the storm, as you can see in facebook a lot of tree was collapse.

Ya massive development at bukit jalil city especially the flyover construction going on now. With all the condo vped n this Pavillion mall Bukit jalil city... The traffic can compare with mid valley city already.

Anchor tenants have choosen to wait n see when pasar was reddy 8 months ago.

What happened to msias best mall manager which also happens to be managing a future mall here in BJ.

economy has the most impact. GST + jobs cutting make ppl spend less and need to work harder than before

The problem with damen is no USP. the mall itself is not big enuff to attract crowd. size matters . BSC is one of the most successful small size malls cater to the rich ppl in KL, mostly FnB.

The design is a proper mall but lack of cinema and children gym.
