Here are pictures of a mall FULLY OWNED and MANAGED mall by paviz reit 9 months after opening on a school holiday n weekend. This mall has prime usj frontage n access.

Anchor tenants have choosen to wait n see when pasar was reddy 8 months ago.

What happened to msias best mall manager which also happens to be managing a future mall here in BJ.

Ya massive development at bukit jalil city especially the flyover construction going on now. With all the condo vped n this Pavillion mall Bukit jalil city... The traffic can compare with mid valley city already.

Struggling with monthly interest repayments while immersed in intensed self doubt and inner reflection of my actions. So many newer and better projects mushrooming now. Wrong move perhaps?

50% progress when it havent even reach ur unit. Coupled with 6% gst, lower subsale prices due to non sch H and no walls, floors etc due to it being an ofis.

Many gurus PROMOTED this as a GREAT property while i said this is BAD deal. Lets see

Friend visited sales gallery weeks ago, agent told him there will be no underground access for park sky, in fact there is no underground access from the beginning, not under planning, not under discussing, never been any.

IMO, totally a gimmick from some agents and agencies only.

What was the initial mall size floor area? Any idea?

Between, it is building now and I not sure how easy for them to just simply changed and just build a smaller mall.

According to The star, 2.4m. More than 2m net lettable.
I am more interested to know how small and those area to be replace by what.    Hope bosses from forum can update more.

2m net lettable will easily be one of the biggest malls in Malaysia lioa.......if not the biggest. Empire City mall touted to be the biggest mall in Malaysia with 2m net lettable space....(if it does happened).

but still 1 of the largest in KV
and also rumours about "MYTOWN 2" opening some where nearby in bukit jalil
any 1 can verify this info ?
