Only time will tell if this is a P2 or P3 or no P at all. laugh.gif I remembered M's sales staff told the buyers of their signature offices that the mall will not be part of the P series. However rumour has it that the big boss prefers it to be part of the P series. They are some indications that you can make a wild guess kekeke

1) The latest sales kit for the retails shops under their service apartment has both P and M logo on the front page. This is very diff from the signature office sales kit with sole M logo
2) The show room with BJ City in the center with M signage on the left side and P signage on the right side
3) Architect - the London based design house is the long term working partner with P for its P series.

Again only time will tell but it won't be too long to wait. hmm.gif

Office hot spot in.klang valley outside city center are damansara height/bangsar south, damansara perdana area.of coz kl central.is king....but oversuply issue is serious...

For revo aurora soo I believe they will do.well. they r not grade A offices tenant also won't be premium one.

Doing the integrated dev is like dancing. Every step is important, flow like water n follow thru.
Malton seems got in right by launching the commercial shop lot follow by condo. If the response is good they should quickly follow thru to launch the land next to sky park. The profit from these launches is essentially to finance the construction of the mall....

Otherwise, the few more banks as mentioned, I am not sure as I reluctant to keep call and ask, lol.

All these banks thingy is not certain one. These r bosses connection. If the bosses own a unit there, they will try to rent it to banks. All depends on personal relationship n loans/end financing the project took. So have to wait till final stage see who got bigger cannon lo.

U know la this kind of info not coming from banks but developer. That's y I will.mever mention banks coming in because all not confirmed one.

But i am sure most of all the local banks will be in bjc either with malton or aurora.
