APDL depent on the developer relation with the govement,


if you got the booking form then can apply loan

Developer will obtain APDL on this project expected end July 2015. Thereafter 14days to sign your SPA

To all GENUINE Buyers of this high demand project...

I think no point to pay chq if developer have not allocate the units....
Maybe you may check your loan status first....

people thinks place chq first means can queue first ma.
if can't get loan then cancel n take back chq lo, no hurt. nod.gif

according to sales person at gallery,if they are several booking for the same unit,the date of the cheque is one of the criteria for selection of buyer. Malton is employing Apple's selling psychology to hype up the project rolleyes.gif

BUT the catch is the 2/3 bedded of 850sqft to 1041sqft will all face the commercials/pavillion parking. Those facing green/park are bigger and more expensive
