To all GENUINE Buyers of this high demand project...
I think no point to pay chq if developer have not allocate the units.... Maybe you may check your loan status first.... Stay tune............ |

Anticipated launch in 2 weeks. Tentative pricing Around 850/sqft before 5%+5% discount. Furnishing will include KC, airconds, washer dryer etc..
BUT the catch is the 2/3 bedded of 850sqft to 1041sqft will all face the commercials/pavillion parking. Those facing green/park are bigger and more expensive |
