Look at the construction progress photos, guest still need ~ 1 year to complete....hope can claim 10% from HH soon, else keep paying interest, very jialat.

Took some pictures at the construction site today.
HH sales office is right in front. Manage to meet one of the sales & I ask the estimate VP date for Sovo, he say ~ Q3 1028. AURORA PLACE will be VP 1st, then follow by SOVO. Looking at the construction progress pictures, Q3 to VP is real tight for HH. Attached thumbnail(s) |

Today received registered mail from HH on stage4 progressive payment of last 5%.
Stage 4 : "Upon the Architects certification of practical completion of the works within the parcels" Does it mean HH has declared completion of Aurora Sovo in this case? Anyone has received the VP notice? VP clauses as stated in SPA as shown below: |
