Any Sovo buyers here? How many months from your SPA date?

My case was I sign SPA few months later as I take the loan rejected unit. If my case already 48 months, I believe those 1st batch buyers should have been waiting for VP even longer.

Look at the construction progress photos, guest still need ~ 1 year to complete....hope can claim 10% from HH soon, else keep paying interest, very jialat.

Looking at the construction progress pictures, REVO is still far from completion leh....the crane is still hanging there and in operation.

Are you SOVO or REVO buyer?
The developer will give thousands of reasons when their project is delayed.
Let's group more buyers here and claim the for the 10% interest

HH sales office is right in front.
Manage to meet one of the sales & I ask the estimate VP date for Sovo, he say ~ Q3 1028.
AURORA PLACE will be VP 1st, then follow by SOVO.
Looking at the construction progress pictures, Q3 to VP is real tight for HH.

Just went to the site this evening...look at the progress....by end of Aug is almost impossible unless they work 24/7

Hahaha.....very true! If 4 walls + a bathroom also not able to build and deliver with standard quality, wonder how they going to publish their new launch which just opposite Aurora Sovo. Some more HH HQ is going to move to the new building next to Aurora Sovo, if not mistaken.

Today received registered mail from HH on stage4 progressive payment of last 5%.

Stage 4 : "Upon the Architects certification of practical completion of the works within the parcels"

Does it mean HH has declared completion of Aurora Sovo in this case?

Anyone has received the VP notice?
