local mistress or china/ vietnam mistress also prefer stay in soho,
privacy is the most importent,

that is already prove that soho/sovo....
have their own market,
that might grow bigger and bigger later

since now a day i have a few friend which don't want to married any more,
this kind of small house more easy to manage

I belive this group of ppl will grow more in next 10-20 years
