If you see the history of Insas-LA (Loan stock), Insas has been paying interest consistently from 2002 until 2007.

Lets see the what is the profile of Insas-PA in the prospectus... on the payment.

Interest rate : 4% paid every 6 months (5 years)
Redeemable at RM 1 by Insas ANYTIME before maturity
Cannot convert to Insas Shares
Can combine Insas-PA with Insas-Wa in exchange for 1 Insas ordinary share
No voting rights

On the consistency of dividends.

1. Priority dividend compared to other shareholders
2. In case of insolvency, the RM 1 is in preference to be paid, ordinary shareholders get nothing

thanks gark thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

i still confuse about this

The preference shares is offered at RM1.00 with 2 warrants attached for every preference shares purchased.

For each insas-PA, we will get 2x free warrants?

No no...

If you subscribe the Insas-PR @ RM 1 you get 1xInsas-PA + 2xInsas-WA

If you buy Insas-PA now from the open market.. you only get the PA and not the WA... tongue.gif

WA have to buy separately..

the profit is already anticipated to be bad a long time ago, not to mention the crude futures for april in both Nymex and London's ICE has fallen. that being said, i see an opportunity for a quick trade.

Hey bro, I'm kinda confused about one thing.
"Interest rate : 4% paid every 6 months"
Does this mean I get 4% every 6 months which means 8% for a year?
Or does it mean I get 2% every 6 months which means 4% for a year?

And also if the company is unable to pay the dividend for this year, will be it brought forward to the next year? (Dividend will be last year + this year)

If you want to be a good trader, you need to be aware of what's happening......

As mentioned before, knowing your stock happy family, is important.

Recently what was moving very hotly?

Answer? Several ultra penny stocks....

Characteristics of these pennies....?

ACE....

What else do you notice?

They are having a remarkable turnaround in earnings......

What are some of these stocks?

Wantonmee, DGSB, Frontken, Priva......

Leader so far? (You always need to know the leader.... even if you do not buy.... know the damn kapala ... laugh.gif )

Answer? Wantonmee...... rise has been spectacular.....

You need to pay attention to the leader....

Yesterday.... did you see what happen to Wantonmee late in the afternoon session? See?

Was there a chain reaction on others? Answer? .....

Know all these is important...

before you ask... can chase, game over? etc etc......

But then..... since all these is ultra pennies....
market sentiments is very important also...........
and then again.... it's an ultra penny....
who really cares....
buy and wait for the cooking session seems to be the preferred choice...

LOL!!!

Both Pinky Spider and DarkForce have HOVID in their portfolio. hmm.gif

This stock any good? biggrin.gif

From what I read, it will benefit from the weaker ringgit since most of its revenue is in USD. Also according to CIMB, the company is also hopeful of receiving approval from the US FDA to sell Tocovid (decreasing brain damage caused by stroke and in treating non-alcoholic fatty livers).

But the revenue is flat for the past 18 quarters
