Volume low as in there are plenty of days it didn't trade more than 1k lots. So in my case, if my analysis wrong, i usually unable to cut at my planned CL because of the queue's gap. Can mampus cepat for me, lol

If you see the history of Insas-LA (Loan stock), Insas has been paying interest consistently from 2002 until 2007.

Lets see the what is the profile of Insas-PA in the prospectus... on the payment.

Interest rate : 4% paid every 6 months (5 years)
Redeemable at RM 1 by Insas ANYTIME before maturity
Cannot convert to Insas Shares
Can combine Insas-PA with Insas-Wa in exchange for 1 Insas ordinary share
No voting rights

On the consistency of dividends.

1. Priority dividend compared to other shareholders
2. In case of insolvency, the RM 1 is in preference to be paid, ordinary shareholders get nothing
*
Hey gark or anyone who knows the answer, the bolded part, it is redeemable anytime at RM1. I received a question from a fren. So now let say buy at 0.855, straight away can redeem at RM1, meaning earn 1-0.855 = 0.145?

I think is not that good easy right? Or you buy at 0.855 return 0.855 only? hmm.gif

5years later, they will collect back at the price of RM1.
*
hmm.gif well just like in the prospectus, the PA can be redeem ANYTIME before 5 years. So for those who subscribe it, now they can redeem already at RM1, but they pay RM1.

But that is before the preference share ex-date. So now is listed, so is the redeemable part still valid and how does it works?

There are two ways you can convert the WA...

1. Buy 1 WA and subcribe and pay RM 1 to get 1 new share

2. Buy 1 WA and 1 PA  and surrender the PA to get 1 new share

You cannot redeem the PA for RM 1, only THE COMPANY have the option to redeem it ANYTIME or after expiry.
*
Oh that's the keyword is it. I thought the investor/trader/speculator can anytime redeem.

Or you meant 10 - 15%?

hmm.gif i think is more viable if let say you have a stop loss, then that stop loss account to 1.5-2% of your capital lo
